Fees and billing arrangements, like all other aspects of Alexander & Schmidt, can adapt to the customer's need and conditions.
Risk Assessment Surveys
- Billed as hourly, flat fee or agreed upon price for special projects. Customer determines payment scheme.
- No additional charges for photographs, diagrams, Express mail or other incidentals to the written assessment.
- At least two (2) photos and a diagram included with all property surveys.
- No additional charge for rush surveys.
- No charge for canceled surveys.
Risk Improvement Consultation
- Fees are either an agreed upon cost for specific services or on an hourly basis. Customer determines payment scheme.
